This applies from clinicopathologic differential diagnoses to the orientation of transposition flaps in the surgical settings. Dermatology includes all aspects ofskin surgery and is based on a sound understanding ofcutaneous and surgical principles. Dermatologists who specilise in are known as dermatologic surgeons.
