Endolift X®

Endolift X® is a minimally invasive laser treatment designed to tighten skin, remodel soft tissues, and, when needed, reduce small amounts of excess fat without large incisions and sedation or general anaesthesia.

What Is Endolift X®?

It bridges the gap between non-invasive therapies and surgical facelifts, delivering visible lifting and firming without significant recovery.

The technology uses ultra-thin optical fibres inserted just beneath the skin. These fibres emit controlled laser energy to subcutaneous tissues, triggering collagen remodelling, contracting fibrous structures, and gently dissolving fat where desired. Over time, this process enhances skin elasticity, improves contours, and restores a youthful, firmer appearance.

How Does It Work?

Micro-Fibre Insertion
Through tiny 0.2–0.3 mm (or similarly small) entry points, the laser fibre is guided beneath the skin into the hypodermal plane.

Targeted Laser Energy
The fibre emits pulsed laser energy, heating targeted subdermal structures. This energy stimulates collagen, elastin, and remodeling of the connective tissue matrix. Simultaneously, when appropriate, it disrupts fat cells that are eventually cleared by your body’s metabolic processes.

Skin Retraction & Remodeling
The heat effect causes immediate contraction of collagen fibres and a tightening effect, while the regenerative response continues over weeks to months. Full results typically appear at 3–6 months post-treatment.

Minimal Invasiveness & Recovery
Because there are no incisions, sutures, or significant disruption to surface tissues, recovery is fast and discomfort is minimal. Some redness, swelling, or mild bruising may occur, but most patients return to normal daily activities within a day or two.

What Can Be Treated?

Endolift X® is highly versatile. Common treatment zones include:
  • Lower face & jawline — improve jowls, define the jaw line
  • Under-chin / submental area — reduce a mild “double chin”
  • Neck & décolletage — firm sagging or crepey skin
  • Cheeks, mid-face, nasolabial folds — soften lines and restore volume
  • Body areas (when appropriate) — arms, thighs, knees, abdomen for mild laxity or small fat spots.

Benefits of Endolift X®
  • Minimally invasive & minimal downtime — no cuts, stitches, or extended recovery
  • Single-session potential — many patients see improvement after one treatment
  • Gradual, natural remodelling — results evolve over months with better collagen structure
  • Customisable — you and your clinician can adapt depth, energy, and treatment zones to your needs
  • Less risk than surgery — avoids many of the complications, scars, and downtime associated with rejuvenation surgery.

Am I a Candidate?
Ideal candidates for Endolift X®:
  • Have mild to moderate skin laxity rather than severe sagging
  • Have localized fat deposits that resist diet and exercise
  • Are in overall good health
  • Do not have active infections, poor healing conditions, or contraindications such as bleeding disorders or autoimmune disease in the area,
  • Each candidate is assessed individually during consultation to ensure expectations are realistic and achievable.
